We have changed the format for the Powerpoint file to make it easier for you to prepare and upload your entry to our FTP site. Please submit this file as a PDF.

This change ONLY affects the Powerpoint Presentation Portion of the submission.
After you prepare your presentation in Powerpoint, please save it as an ADOBE PDF Document. This can be done in the print menu by selecting print to PDF.

If you have an older version of Power Point, you may need to download the converter.

Please upload items A, B, C in one ZIPPED folder per entry with entry number/category (e.g. D104_CMU) below.

How to zip:

If you are submitting both for AIA and CAC, submit folders with duplicate content (containing A, B, C).
For CAC entries, add the prefix “CAC_” to the label (e.g. CAC_D104_IC).

A. POWERPOINT PRESENTATION Saved as a PDF
· Name PDF file with entry number and category code, as noted below (e.g. D104_CMU.pdf)

B. DESIGN AWARDS CONCEALED IDENTIFICATION FORM
· This form must be submitted in PDF format along with the other submittal materials.
· Name Concealed Identification form: CI plus entry number/category (e.g. CID104_CMU.pdf)

C. HIGH-RES IMAGES
· Name images with entry number/category (e.g., D104_CMU_image1.jpg; D104_CMU_image2.jpg, etc.).

As a REMINDER: There should be no text or image identifying designer/firm and/or name of project
